Kent Kovalsky is the rudest, most incompassionate vet we have ever spoke to. He made it seem like the only way our 7 lb. chihuahua would have a chance is with $15,000 of radiation treatment for a supposed tumor that he made us believe might have caused a seizure. He used scare tactics and never once made us feel at ease. Kent, you should find a new job - you're terrible at being a vet. This place takes advantage of grieving pet owners and charges them thousands of dollars for basic overnight boarding and treatment. It's too bad the Las Vegas valley has no other emergency vet to choose from. They know it's the only place we can bring our dying pets so they have no issues over-charging. Drive to LA if you can make it - avoid VE+CC at all costs - and especially, avoid Kent Kovalsky and anyone associated with him.

As soon as I walked in the clinic with an emergency the staff took my cat right away to evaluate; the staff were friendly, professional and had a sense of urgency. I knew right away he was in excellent care. They treated him quickly and got him home to us as quickly as possible.
